Durastab™ pNPP substrates are ready-to-use, one-component solutions for alkaline phosphatase (AP)-based colorimetric detection in ELISA and other immunoassays. Upon AP reaction, pNPP converts to a yellow product measured at 405 nm; after adding pNPP Stop Solution 405 the endpoint is stable for batch reading of full plates. The series covers four kinetic profiles: PNST as the standard workhorse, PNHS for routine high-sensitivity kits, PNSS (Super Sensitive) for ultra-low detection limits, and the Broad Range version for assays spanning a wide analyte range. All formulations are clean-room filled with tight lot-to-lot consistency and support bulk packaging for commercial kit manufacturing.
