ProCide™ 300 Liquid Preservative is one of the most widely used antimicrobials in the IVD industry, characterized by safety, environmental compatibility, and stability. It effectively suppresses bacterial and fungal growth by delivering broad-spectrum microbicidal activity, thereby helping extend the shelf life of IVD reagents.
ProCide™ 300
ProCide™ 300 Liquid Preservative is one of the most widely used antimicrobials in the IVD industry, characterized by safety, environmental compatibility, and stability. It effectively suppresses bacterial and fungal growth by delivering broad-spectrum microbicidal activity, thereby helping extend the shelf life of IVD reagents. The ProCide™ series of liquid preservatives penetrates microbial cell membranes efficiently, inhibiting respiratory-related enzymes and rapidly reducing microbial viability. When used at recommended levels, ProCide™ preservatives are safe and eco-friendly, reducing health hazards, toxicological risks, and disposal concerns, while providing superior efficacy compared to traditional preservatives such as thimerosal and sodium azide.

Application: Biochemical, immunoassay, and other in vitro diagnostic reagents.
Instruction:
The recommended dosage for ProCide™ 300 Liquid Preservative is 0.03%–0.05% (w/w) of the final reagent concentration. For example, add 0.3–0.5 mL per liter of sample diluent.
When used in a 10× concentrated wash buffer, add 3–5 mL per liter of 10× wash concentrate.
When the working environment pH exceeds 8.5, ProCide™ 950 Liquid Preservative is recommended.
