Durastab™ TMB substrates are ready-to-use, one-component solutions for horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-based colorimetric detection in ELISA and other immunoassays. Upon HRP reaction, TMB develops a blue product that can be read kinetically at 650 nm, or stopped with an acidic stop solution and read as a stable yellow endpoint at 450 nm. The series covers six kinetic profiles so that kit developers can match sensitivity and working window to their assay: TMSS (Super Sensitive) for the lowest detection limits, TMHS (High Sensitive) for routine high-sensitivity kits, TMST as the standard workhorse, TMBR (Broad Range) for wide analyte spans, TMSL (Slow) and TMSP (Slow Plus) when a slower reaction and longer working window are preferred. All six formulations are produced in a clean-room environment with tight lot-to-lot consistency and are available from 100 mL to 20 L, supporting both feasibility studies and commercial-scale manufacturing.
