AMPPD (Art no: AMPO) is a chemiluminescent substrate for Alkaline Phosphatase (AP). Upon enzymatic catalysis, AMPPD decomposes into the relatively stable intermediate AMP-D, which emits a high-intensity light signal. Within a specific range of AP enzyme concentration, the emitted light signal intensity is proportional to the enzyme concentration in solution.

AMPPD is a highly stable chemiluminescent substrate for Alkaline Phosphatase (AP). Catalyzed by AP, it decomposes into the relatively stable intermediate AMP-D, yielding a high-intensity light signal. The signal intensity is proportional to the AP concentration within a defined range, making it suitable for chemiluminescence immunoassay (CLIA) systems that use AP as a label. The stable light emission duration is approximately one hour.

Important Notes:
1. After preparation into the AMPPD working solution, allow the reagent to equilibrate to room temperature before use on the analyzer.
2. Avoid exposure to strong light under all circumstances to prevent increased background signal.
3. Avoid vigorous shaking prior to use on the analyzer, as foaming may interfere with light signal interpretation.
4. Avoid freezing the prepared liquid substrate solution.
