Q1: What is an antibody stabilizer used for?
A: It preserves antibody (and antigen) activity in liquid formulations and on solid surfaces, extending the shelf life of coated plates, conjugates and reagent mixes in IVD kits.

A: Match the buffer system of your assay: PBS versions (ABPB, ABPF) for phosphate systems, TRIS versions (antibody-stabilizer-tris, ABTF) for amine-based systems, and protein-free versions when animal-protein content must be avoided.

A: PS21 protects proteins during storage and processing, including applications around freeze-drying, where it helps maintain activity and structure of sensitive reagents.
