Durastab™ Series BCIP / NBT membrane / precipitated substrates have low background, stability, sensitivity, and small batch to batch variation. The series substrates provide blue, purple signal systems while providing dedicated immunohistochemical BCIP / NBT substrates.

Instruction:
Durastab™ BCIP/NBT purple Fast One Component Membrane Substrate is a ready-to-use type substrate and used after equilibration to the reaction temperature.
Western blot coloration steps：
1. Wash: After incubation with AP, wash with TBST washing buffer for 3 times;
2. Coloration：Add 1mL substrate, incubate for a certain time at 20~37℃, detect strip color is dark purple;
3. Stop: Add 1.5mL deionized water for 2-3 times before background color appears;
4. Read: Visual interpretation or instrument photography to analyze the gray values.
For research use or further use in the production of diagnostic kits only. Not for direct use on humans or animals!
