Durablock™ BSA Blocking Solution is an optimized blocking system based on high‑purity BSA, designed for saturating and blocking polystyrene microplates or other solid surfaces. It is also suitable for blocking other protein‑coated surfaces and is compatible with most detection systems. By effectively saturating the surfaces, it helps reduce background noise, lower the coefficient of variation (CV), and improve assay sensitivity.

Application:
ELISA：Ready‑to‑use for blocking after antibody or antigen coating.
Instruction:
Durablock™ BSA Blocking Solution is ready‑to‑use. Allow it to equilibrate to the reaction temperature, then mix well before application.
Microplate Blocking Procedure (Example):
1.After antigen or antibody coating;
2.Wash: Remove unbound protein by washing twice with PBS/TRIS washing buffer (without surfactant);
3.Blocking: Add an appropriate amount of Durablock™ BSA Blocking Solution and incubate at 20–37 °C for 30–60 minutes;
4.Detection: Aspirate (or blot off) the BSA Blocking Solution and proceed directly to downstream detection; alternatively, wash away excess blocking solution twice with PBS/TRIS washing buffer (without surfactant) before performing downstream detection.
