AP Microwell ECL Substrate AMPPD
AP Microwell ECL Substrate AMPPD is an ultra-sensitive chemiluminescent substrate for alkaline phosphatase (AP), containing AMPPD and an enhancer. It is suitable for quantitative or qualitative detection of AP in free-solution formats such as microwells, reaction tubes, and microfluidic systems. AMPPD provides rapid reaction kinetics, delivering accurate and reliable results in a short time.The AMPPD molecule comprises two key structural components: a dioxetane ring that links the phenyl group to the adamantane moiety, which cleaves to emit photons; and a phosphate group, which maintains the overall molecular stability. In the presence of AP, the phosphate group is enzymatically removed, forming an unstable intermediate that decomposes to release photons. Within a defined AP concentration range, the amount of emitted light is proportional to the enzyme concentration.

Instruction:
1. Equilibrate the substrate to room temperature (18–25 °C) before use.
2. Prepare samples in a clean environment.
3. It is recommended to use 100–200 μL per assay. After adding to the reaction tube and mixing evenly, complete the luminescence measurement within the specified time.
Note: An optional diluent is available to adjust the signal intensity to match the sensitivity and dynamic range requirements of specific assay systems.
