AP Microwell ECL Substrate APS-5 is an ultrasensitive enhanced chemiluminescent substrate for alkaline phosphatase (AP), suitable for quantitative or qualitative detection of AP in freesolution formats such as microwells, reaction tubes, and microfluidic systems.An optional diluent is available to adjust the signal intensity to match the sensitivity and dynamic range requirements of specific assay systems.
AP Microwell ECL Substrate APS-5
AP Microwell ECL Substrate APS-5 is an ultra-sensitive enhanced chemiluminescent substrate for alkaline phosphatase (AP), suitable for quantitative or qualitative detection of AP in free-solution formats such as microwells, reaction tubes, and microfluidic systems. Upon mixing with AP, the substrate decomposes immediately, releasing photons; within a defined AP concentration range, the photon output is proportional to the enzyme concentration. An optional diluent is available to adjust the signal intensity to match the sensitivity and dynamic range requirements of specific assay systems.

Instruction:
1. Equilibrate the substrate to room temperature (18–25 °C) before use.
2. Prepare samples in a clean environment.
3. It is recommended to use 100–200 μL per assay. After adding to the reaction tube and mixing evenly, complete the luminescence measurement within3-5s.
Note: AP Microwell ECL Substrate APS-5 is highly sensitive. Careful optimization of individual assay components (antibodies, conjugates, solid phase, etc.) is essential to minimize nonspecific reactions and avoid high background.
