HRP Microwell Enhanced ECL Plus is an exceptionally sensitive enhanced chemiluminescent substrate for horseradish peroxidase (HRP), offering higher sensitivity than the standard Enhanced ECL formulation. It is designed for the quantitative or qualitative detection of HRP in free-solution formats such as microwells, reaction tubes, and microfluidic systems.

HRP Microwell Enhanced ECL Plus is an exceptionally sensitive enhanced chemiluminescent substrate for horseradish peroxidase (HRP), offering higher sensitivity than the standard Enhanced ECL formulation. It is designed for the quantitative or qualitative detection of HRP in free-solution formats such as microwells, reaction tubes, and microfluidic systems.An optional diluent is available to adjust the signal intensity to match the sensitivity and dynamic range requirements of specific assay systems.

Instruction
Direct Use after Mixing:
1. Prepare the working substrate by mixing Reagent A and Reagent B at a 1:1 volume ratio. For example, combine 1 mL of Enhanced Luminol Solution (CLHE-A) with 1 mL of Stable Peroxide Solution (CLHE-B). Mix thoroughly.
2. When protected from light, the mixed solution remains stable at room temperature for several hours.
Use after Diluting Reagent A:
1. Dilute Reagent A, typically at concentrations ranging from 10% to 90%. For example, to obtain 50% Reagent A, mix 50 mL of ECL Diluent with 50 mL of Reagent A.
2. Prepare the ready-to-use substrate by mixing the diluted Reagent A (e.g., 50% CLHE-A) with Reagent B at a 1:1 volume ratio. For example, combine 1 mL of 50% CLHE-A with 1 mL of CLHE-B. Mix the substrate solution thoroughly before use. When protected from light, the mixture remains stable at room temperature for several hours.
Note: HRP Microwell Enhanced ECL Plus is highly sensitive. Careful optimization of individual assay components (antibodies, conjugates, solid phase, etc.) is essential to minimize nonspecific reactions and avoid high background.
