HRP Microwell Femto ECL is an ultra‑sensitive enhanced chemiluminescent substrate for horseradish peroxidase (HRP), intended for the quantitative or qualitative detection of HRP in free‑solution formats such as microwells, reaction tubes, and microfluidic systems. The substrate incorporates a unique enhancer that delivers superior kinetic light output and exceptionally high signal intensity. Specifically formulated for optimal protein detection performance, Femto ECL is well‑suited for assays requiring detection at the lower end of the linear range in chemiluminescent ELISA applications.

Characteristics:

Instruction:
Direct Use after Mixing:
1.Prepare the working substrate by mixing Reagent A and Reagent B at a 1:1 volume ratio. For example, combine 1 mL of Enhanced Luminol Solution with 1 mL of Stable Peroxide Solution and mix thoroughly.
2.The mixture remains stable at room temperature for several hours when protected from light.
Instruction:
1. Perform standard ELISA procedures including plate coating, blocking, and washing as required.
Mix Substrate A and Substrate B at a 1:1 ratio. The prepared working solution remains stable for approximately 8 hours at room temperature.
2. Add 100–150 μL of substrate working solution to each well. Optionally, use a microplate mixer to blend the liquid in the wells for 30–60 seconds.
3. Measure relative light units (RLU) using a luminometer within 1–5 minutes after adding the substrate. Prolonged incubation (e.g., >20 minutes) may result in reduced signal intensity.
Note:
1. For optimal performance, avoid prolonged exposure to strong light. The working solution should be stored protected from light. Brief exposure to typical laboratory lighting will not compromise the solution.
2. HRP Microwell Femto ECL is highly sensitive. Careful optimization of individual assay components (antibodies, conjugates, solid phase, etc.) is essential to minimize nonspecific reactions and avoid high background.
