HRP Microwell Pico ECL is an ultra‑sensitive enhanced chemiluminescent substrate for horseradish peroxidase (HRP), designed for quantitative or qualitative detection of HRP in free‑solution formats such as microwells, reaction tubes, and microfluidic systems. The substrate utilizes a unique enhancer to deliver superior kinetic light output and strong signal intensity.

HRP Microwell Pico ECL is an ultra‑sensitive enhanced chemiluminescent substrate for horseradish peroxidase (HRP), designed for quantitative or qualitative detection of HRP in free‑solution formats such as microwells, reaction tubes, and microfluidic systems. The substrate utilizes a unique enhancer to deliver superior kinetic light output and strong signal intensity. Specifically formulated for optimal protein detection, Pico ECL is ideal for chemiluminescent ELISA applications requiring measurement across the mid‑to‑low range of the linear detection interval.

Reagent B: Stabilized Peroxide Solution

Application:
ELISA / Chemiluminescence: Use after 1:1 premixing
Microfluidic / Microarray: Use after 1:1 premixing
Characteristics:
① Immediate luminescence: an intense signal is generated immediately at room temperature;
② High signal to noise ratio: lower background, higher signal to noise ratio;
③ Picogram scale sensitivity: detection of picogram scale target proteins in ELISA experiments
④ Flexible: signals can be read in black or white opaque light-emitting panels;
⑤ Stable storage: store at room temperature for 6 months, and the working liquid can be stable for 8 hours.
Instruction:
Direct mixed use:
1. According to the amount of substrate reagent required, mix reagent A and reagent B at A 1：1 volume ratio. For example, mix 1 mL of enhanced luminol solution with 1 mL of stable peroxide solution to prepare the substrate, and fully mix the solution.
2. The mixture of two components is stable for several hours at room temperature from light.
Instruction：
1. Using standard ELISA procedures, wrap, seal, and wash 96-well plates as required;
2. Mix A and B substrate solution 1:1 to stabilize the working solution at room temperature for about 8 hours;
3. Add 100-150 μL of substrate working solution to each well, and mix the liquid in the wells for 30-60 seconds;
4. Relative light units (RLU) can be measured using a luminometer within 1-5 minutes after adding the substrate. Excessive incubation times (e. g. over 20 minutes) may result in a decrease in signal intensity.
Note:
1. For the best results, please avoid exposure to any strong light for a long time, and save the working solution away from light. Short-term exposure to typical laboratory lighting causes no harm to the working fluid.
2. HRP Microwell Pico ECL is very sensitive and must very carefully optimize the individual analytical components (antibodies, conjugates, solid, etc.) to minimize nonspecific reactions causing excessive background.
