ImmuTruster Plus is specifically developed for immunoassay applications. Formulated with proprietary stabilizers and enhancers, it significantly improves the thermal-accelerated and real-time stability of active components—such as antigens, antibodies, and conjugates in working solutions—when added at optimized ratios. Furthermore, this product reduces background noise and enhances the signal-to-noise ratio in immunoassay systems. Compared to ImmuTruster (Art. No. IMUT), ImmuTruster Plus features a different formulation with an enhanced ability to lower background, enabling your detection system to achieve an even better signal-to-noise ratio.

Instructions for Use
Under clean conditions, pipette an appropriate volume of the product and add it to the working solution of active components (e.g., antigen, antibody, or conjugate).
A typical starting concentration range is 5%–10% (v/v). Optimization with gradients such as 5%, 7.5%, and 10% is recommended to determine the best condition for your assay.
Usage Examples:
Example 1: Chemiluminescence Immunoassay (CLIA)
Magnetic bead conjugates: may optionally be added at 5%.
Enzyme (HRP/ALP) or luminophore-labeled conjugates: add 5%–10%.
Sample diluent (if used): add 5%–10%.
Example 2: ELISA / Western Blot
Enzyme (HRP/ALP)-labeled antibody working solution: add 5%–10%.
Sample diluent: add 5%–10%.
Example 3: Flow Fluorescence Assay
Fluorescent microsphere-labeled antibody working solution: may optionally be added at 5%.
Detection antibody working solution: add 5%–10%.
Sample diluent: add 5%–10%.
