Instructions for Use
Under clean conditions, pipette an appropriate volume of the product and add it to the working solution of active components (e.g., antigen, antibody, or conjugate).
A typical starting concentration range is 5%–10% (v/v). Optimization with gradients such as 5%, 7.5%, and 10% is recommended to determine the best condition for your assay.

Example 1: Chemiluminescence Immunoassay (CLIA)
Add 5%–10% to enzyme (HRP/ALP) or luminophore-labeled conjugate working solution.
Add 5%–10% to sample diluent (if used).
Example 2: ELISA / Western Blot
Add 5%–10% to enzyme (HRP/ALP)-labeled antibody working solution.
Add 5%–10% to sample diluent.
Example 3: Flow Fluorescence Assay
Add 5%–10% to detection antibody working solution.
