Noise Eliminator™ Plus is a ready-to-use reagent， used to reduce the interference caused by heterophile antibody(HA)、human anti-mouse antibody (HAMA)、rheumatoid factor(RF), none specific binding (NSB), cross-reaction (CR) and the matrix effect (ME). The product can effectively eliminate a variety of interference, prevent false positive or false negative results, suitable for human or animal specimens containing HA or HAMA

Application:
ELISA / Chemiluminescence: Use as a sample diluent or as a diluent for antibody detection.

Luminex: Use as a diluent for microspheres (coated with antibodies or detecting antibodies) or as a sample diluent.
Microfluidic: Use as a sample diluent.
Instruction:
Noise Eliminator™ Plus is a ready-to-use reagent, Shake well use after the equilibration to the reaction temperature.
1. As sample dilution: recommended Protein-free Noise Eliminator™: sample= 5:1 (v / v) or more, and standards / calibrators (if any) and controls (if any) are diluted with the same dilution ratio.
2. As primary antibody / secondary antibody / enzyme label dilution: use after dilution according to the required working concentration.
For research use or further use in the production of diagnostic kits only. Not for direct use on humans or animals!
