Application:
ELISA：Use as coated antibody, antigen and other active materials are dried.
Microarray：Use as the microarray antibody, antigen components are dried.
Lateral chromatography：Use as active components such as Conjugates on the conjugate pad and protein were dried.
Instruction:
Durastab™ Ultra Plate Sealer is a ready-to-use reagent, Shake well use after the equilibration to the reaction temperature.
Microplate Stabilization Procedure (Example):
1. Cover and seal with antigen or antibody;
2. Wash: Wash away the excess blocking solution with PBS / TRIS washing buffer (recommended without surfactant), Repeat twice;
3. Stable: add appropriate Durastab™ Protein-free Plate Sealer, 20-37℃ for a certain time;
4. Dry: after suction (or drying) Durastab™ Protein-free Plate Sealer, Fully drying in drying box (20-37℃) for 2-6 hours;
5. Storage: recommended packaging plates using seal bag with good air tightness, And put in the desiccant, Stored at 2-8℃, Usually, it can be stored refrigerated for more than two years; It can also be stored at room temperature for several months after packaging.
Durastab™ Protein-free Plate Sealer has a good sealing effect, and can also omit the conventional sealing steps. It is recommended to test the suitability of the different reaction systems.
