Application:
Western blot：Used to seal the blot membrane, and to dilute the antibodies.
Instruction:
Durablot™ Protein-free Blocker should be equilibrated to the reaction temperature and mixed well before use.
Western blot membrane blocking (Example):
1. Protein transfer and fixation;
2. Blocking: Add an appropriate amount of Protein-free Blocker and incubate at 20-37℃ for 15-90 minutes; overnight blocking may be better.
3. Detection: Proceed with subsequent experimental steps as required.
It is recommended to dilute primary and secondary antibodies with Protein-free Blocker for lower background.
