Protexpert™ (Art.: PROE) is a 10% aqueous protein solution composed of highly purified porcine-derived dermal polypeptide fragments. It exhibits excellent and highly efficient protein-stabilizing properties. The product is free from nucleic acids, polysaccharides, lipids, and any additives, and presents no risk of cross-reactivity.
Protexpert™ can serve as an alternative to Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA) with minimal batch-to-batch variation.

Product Overview
Protexpert™ is a 10% aqueous protein solution composed of highly purified porcine-derived dermal polypeptide fragments. It exhibits excellent and highly efficient protein-stabilizing properties. The product is free from nucleic acids, polysaccharides, lipids, and any additives, and presents no risk of cross-reactivity. As a highly effective protein stabilizer, it offers the following key features: effectively improves the stability of bioactive proteins; enhances stability during lyophilization and heat treatment; and extends the shelf life of enzymes and proteins. Protexpert™ can serve as an alternative to Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA) with minimal batch-to-batch variation. It is widely used as a stabilizer for lyophilized or liquid protein formulations, a blocking agent for coating surfaces, and a stabilizer for calibration/control materials and magnetic bead-conjugated antibodies.

Instructions for Use
Protexpert™ 10% does not contain preservatives. If the entire product cannot be used within 24 hours, it is recommended to aliquot it into smaller portions and store them frozen (-20°C) for long-term preservation after first use.
To prevent microbial contamination, a preservative can be added after opening to inhibit microbial growth and contamination (e.g., 0.1% ProCide 300 or 0.2% ProCide 950 is recommended), and the solution should be stored at 2–8°C.
