Application: Used for preparing dilutions of calibrators, standards, controls, or conjugates.
Instruction:
1. Protein protectant PS21 is a compound stabilizer for smallmolecule hormones and should be stored at 2~8℃. Allow it to be equilibrated to the reaction temperature before application..
2. Add Protein Protectant 21 at a ratio of 0.5%–5% (V/V) to the dilution buffer for small-molecule hormone antigen standards, calibrators, or controls. For a 0.5% addition, add 0.5 mL protectant to 100 mL dilution buffer.
Note: It is recommended to determine the optimal addition level for different small-molecule hormones through thermal-acceleration stability testing.
