TMB Stop Solution 650

TMB Stop Solution 650 is used to terminate the color development reaction of TMB substrates. Upon termination, the reaction product remains blue and exhibits stable OD values, making it suitable for absorbance reading at 650 nm. This product does not contain SDS, thereby preventing post termination color changes, turbidity, or precipitation, and avoiding gradual decreases in OD values after stopping. As a result, it ensures more accurate detection outcomes.
TMB Stop Solution 650
TMB Stop Solution 650 is used to terminate the color development reaction of TMB substrates. Instruction:
ELISA stopping step：
1. Chromogenic Reaction: Add 100 μL of TMB substrate solution to each well. Incubate for an appropriate period until the solution gradually turns blue.
2. Stop：Add 100 μL of TMB Stop Solution 450 to each well. Upon termination, the solution remains unchanged .
3. detection：Measure the absorbance at OD650 or OD650/492 using a microplate reader.
