The series provides blue, purple, and dark green signal systems for flexible selection in kit development and production. TMB Purple One Component Chip Substrate produces a dark purple precipitate and is suitable for applications including protein chips and microarray analysis.

Instruction:
Durastab™ TMB Purple One Component Chip Substrate is readytouse and should be equilibrated to the reaction temperature before application.
Chromogenic Reaction Procedure (Microarray Chip)
1. Wash: After HRP conjugate incubation, wash the chip 3 times with PBST/TBST washing buffer.
2. Chromogenic Reaction: Add an appropriate amount of substrate and incubate at 20–37 °C until the microarray spots appear dark purple.
3. Stop: Remove the substrate or wash 2–3 times with 1.5 mL deionized water to terminate the reaction before background develops.
4. Detection: Analyze spots by visual inspection or by imaging to quantify grayscale values
