  • Can you deliver the goods FOB China?

    Yes, we can, but we prefer and always recommend using FCA, CFR/CIF, and DAP Incoterms for smoother, more cost-effective deliveries; we can also assist freight organizations.

  • What Is the Lead Time and Shipping Conditions for Orders?

    Standard products are readily available from stock and can be shipped immediately. For bulk orders, the production cycle may take 1–2 weeks.

    Our colorimetric Substrates and Stabilizers have been extensively validated—ambient temperature shipping does not affect product performance. Specific shipping conditions can be found in the corresponding Product COA (Certificate of Analysis).

  • How to Request Samples? Is There a Fee?​

    Contact our sales team directly to request samples, or leave a message on our website. We will respond within 24 hours. Standard samples are provided free of charge.

  • How to Choose from Multiple Product Codes?​

    Discuss your needs in detail with our sales team. We will recommend the most suitable solution based on your application.

    For example, for the TMB Substrate Series, most ELISA kit users select the "TMB High Sensitive One Component ELISA Substrate". If needed, we can also provide a full range of samples for evaluation.

  • Under What Conditions Are Your Products Manufactured?​

    The majority of our products are produced in Class 100,000 cleanrooms​ to minimize contamination risks during formulation and packaging.

  • Are Your Products Suitable for Large-Scale Kit Production?​

    Our products fully meet the requirements for large-scale diagnostic kit manufacturing:
    1. Consistency & Stability: Excellent batch-to-batch reproducibility without compromising performance.
    2. Scalable Production: Multiple production lines support simultaneous processing, with single-batch capacities ranging from tens of liters to 1,950 L, ensuring stable supply for high-volume demands.
    3. Quality Compliance: Our quality system aligns with IVD industry standards, ensuring reliability through strict controls.

  • Can TMB Substrate Still Be Used After Accidental Freezing at -20°C?​

    Our conventional TMB substrates are not recommended for storage at -20°C. If briefly exposed, thaw immediately and test activity.
    We also offer freeze-resistant TMB substrates, which maintain over 95% activity after 5 freeze-thaw cycles at -20°C​ (validated by lab testing).

  • How to Resolve False Positives or High Background in Kits?​

    Non-specific binding (especially in complex biological samples) is common. Our conjugate stabilizers​ and interference-blocking diluents​ help:
    · Reduce non-specific binding
    · Minimize false positives
    · Lower background noise
    · Maintain or improve signal-to-noise ratio
