Noise Eliminator™ PBS is used to dilute serum or plasma samples, can eliminate interference caused by heterophile antibody(HA)、human anti-mouse antibody (HAMA)、rheumatoid factor(RF), reduce cross-reaction, reduce matrix effects, and avoid high background, false positive or false negative, and improve the correlation and compliance rate of test results. The product can also be used to dilute other samples, antibodies or labeled enzymes, to reduce non-specific reactions, improve the signal-to-noise ratio of detection, and make the test results more accurate.

Noise Eliminator PBS is a ready-to-use reagent, Shake well use after the equilibration to the reaction temperature.
1. As sample dilution: recommended Protein-free Noise Eliminator™: sample= 2:1 (v / v) or more, and standards / calibrators (if any) and controls (if any) are diluted with the same dilution ratio.
2. As primary antibody / secondary antibody / enzyme label dilution: use after dilution according to the required working concentration.
