Noise Eliminator™ Plus is a ready-to-use reagent， used to reduce the interference caused by heterophile antibody(HA)、human anti-mouse antibody (HAMA)、rheumatoid factor(RF), none specific binding (NSB), cross-reaction (CR) and the matrix effect (ME). Noise Eliminator™ Plus is a ready-to-use reagent, Shake well use after the equilibration to the reaction temperature.
1. As sample dilution: recommended Protein-free Noise Eliminator™: sample= 5:1 (v / v) or more, and standards / calibrators (if any) and controls (if any) are diluted with the same dilution ratio.
2. As primary antibody / secondary antibody / enzyme label dilution: use after dilution according to the required working concentration.

Q1: What interferences does the Noise Eliminator address?
A: It blocks HAMA (human anti-mouse antibodies), rheumatoid factor and heterophilic antibody interference that cause false positives and false negatives in immunoassays on patient samples.
Q2: Where in the workflow is it used?
A: It can be formulated into sample diluents or used as a sample pre-treatment component; choose the buffer version that matches your assay system (PBS, TRIS, Plus or protein-free).
Q3: When should I pick the protein-free version?
A: Use NEPF when the formulation must stay free of animal proteins while still controlling heterophilic interference.
Q4: How do I validate the effect on my assay?
A: Run interference panels containing HAMA/RF-positive samples with and without the eliminator, comparing recovery and false-positive rates.
