TMB Stop Solution 450 used to stop the TMB substrate color reaction, the stopped reaction product is yellow with stable OD and suitable for reading the absorbance from 450 nm to 420 nm. This product does not contain hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid and other strong acid components, transportation, management, use is more safe.
Instruction:
ELISA coloration stopping step：
1. Coloration：Add 100μL TMB substrate each well, and incubat for a certain time before the solution turned yellow.
2. Stop：Add 100μL TMB Stop Solution 405 each well，after stopping，the solution color turns blue.
3. detection：use a microplate reader to detect OD450 or OD450/630 .
